This denitrification renovation project uses liquid ammonia as reducing agent. The scope of the project includes the complete set of system equipment of the flue gas denitrification unit, the unloading, storage, preparation and supply devices of the public reductant containing denitrification, and the number of catalytic layers of the reactor is arranged in a 2+1 layer scheme.The designed denitrification efficiency is more than 80%, the outlet concentration of nitrogen oxides is less than 100 mg/sm3, the ammonia escape rate is less than 2.27 mg/sm3, and the conversion rate of sulfur dioxide to sulfur trioxide is less than 1% under the conditions of designed coal type, full load operation, 100% flue gas treatment and 500 mg/sm3 inlet concentration of nitrogen oxides.
